The promoter is Astro Comps Ltd ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17224805, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We operate prize competitions on our website astrocomps.com ("Platform") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and your participation in any Competition operated by us. By accessing the Platform or entering any Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. The competitions
All draws operated by the Promoter on the Platform to win prizes are referred to as Competitions in these Terms and Conditions.
Multiple Competitions may be operated simultaneously. Each Competition will have a specific prize, ticket price, maximum ticket allocation, minimum ticket threshold, draw date, and skill-based qualifying question, all as specified on the relevant Competition page.
Each Competition has a free postal entry route available as well as a paid entry route. The availability of a genuine free entry route means that each Competition does not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and can be operated legally in Great Britain without any licence from the Gambling Commission.
Each Competition will run for the period of time specified at creation. Please see the Platform for details including start and end times and dates.
Competitions will end when the Promotion Period expires or when all available tickets have been sold — whichever is earlier.
Draw dates are fixed. The Promoter will not extend the Promotion Period except in the event of a genuine technical failure or circumstances entirely beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to bring the draw date forward if the maximum number of entries is reached before the scheduled draw date.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Competition at any time. If cancelled after tickets have been sold, all entrants will receive a full refund in accordance with Clause 9.
3. Eligibility
Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
Employees, directors, officers, consultants, contractors or agents of the Promoter, or any person connected with the Promoter through immediate family or professional association, are prohibited from participating.
By entering a Competition, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) are a UK resident; (c) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (d) have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant at any time and to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
All Competitions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be dealt with under English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
4. Minimum ticket threshold
Each Competition has a minimum ticket threshold clearly displayed on the Competition page before any entry is made.
If the minimum ticket threshold is not reached by the end of the Promotion Period, the draw will not take place. All entrants will receive a full automatic refund within 7 working days.
The Promoter will not award a reduced or substitute prize in the event of low ticket sales. The advertised prize will be awarded in full or all entrants will be fully refunded.
Once the minimum ticket threshold is reached, the draw is guaranteed to proceed and the Draw Guaranteed indicator will be displayed on the Platform.
5. How to enter
To enter any Competition you must first create an account on the Platform providing: full name, date of birth, email address, postal address, and contact telephone number. You may only hold one account on the Platform.
Online entry
To enter online you must: select the Competition; answer the skill-based qualifying question correctly; select your ticket quantity; complete payment.
You will not be deemed entered until payment has cleared and your entry is confirmed in your account.
Postal entry — free entry route
Every Competition has a free postal entry route. To enter for free, send a clearly handwritten postcard (not a sealed envelope) to: Astro Comps Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Your postcard must include: (a) full name; (b) date of birth; (c) email address; (d) full home address including postcode; (e) the name of the Competition you wish to enter; (f) your answer to the skill-based qualifying question.
First or second-class postage must be paid. Bulk entries within the same envelope will not be accepted.
Each free postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning as a paid online entry.
A maximum of one free postal entry per person per Competition is permitted.
All postal entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
Skill question
All Competition entries require a skill-based qualifying question to be answered correctly. Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw.
The skill question is mandatory and forms the primary legal basis distinguishing these Competitions from a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.
If an incorrect answer is submitted online, the entrant will be invited to try again.
6. Entries — general
All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete or invalid entry.
Except where a refund is due under Clause 4 or Clause 9, all entries are final and non-refundable once submitted.
Entries are personal to the entrant and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.
7. Payment
Ticket prices are displayed on each Competition page in GBP inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Payment can be made by Visa debit card, Mastercard debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal via our payment gateway Cashflows.
In accordance with the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators, credit card payments are capped at £250 per calendar month per account.
Credit card payments are not accepted for any instant win or spin-to-win Competitions.
The Promoter uses Cashflows as its payment processor. All payments are processed securely. The Promoter does not store card details on its own systems.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute any payment you must contact us at info@astrocomps.com immediately before initiating any chargeback.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Promoter reserves the right to: (a) recover the amount plus associated fees; (b) suspend or permanently terminate your account; (c) disqualify entries associated with the disputed transaction.
9. Cancellation and refunds
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any Competition at its absolute discretion.
If a Competition is cancelled after tickets have been sold, all entrants will receive a full refund within 7 working days.
If the minimum ticket threshold is not reached, all entrants will receive a full automatic refund within 7 working days.
No refunds will be made for individual ticket purchases once a valid entry has been confirmed, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.
10. The draw
The draw will take place at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets have been sold, provided the minimum threshold has been reached.
The winning ticket will be selected using a certified auditable random number generator. The draw will be conducted live on TikTok and Instagram and a recording will be available on the Platform.
The result of the draw is final and binding.
In the event of any technical failure affecting the draw process the Promoter reserves the right to re-run the draw.
11. Contacting winners
The Promoter will attempt to contact the Prize Winner within 5 working days of the draw.
It is the entrant's sole responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 5 working days, or the winner fails to confirm acceptance within 14 days of first contact, the prize will be deemed forfeited.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and age before any prize is delivered or payment is made.
12. Prizes
Prizes are as specified on each Competition page at the time the Competition goes live. The Promoter will not reduce or downgrade the advertised prize once a Competition is live.
Physical prizes
Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK address free of charge within 14 days of the winner confirming delivery details.
The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges arising from receipt of a prize.
The Promoter can store the chosen prize free of charge for up to 30 days following notification.
Cash prizes
Cash prizes will be transferred directly to the winner's verified UK bank account within 7 days of the draw, following receipt and verification of bank details.
Cash prizes will only be paid to the verified personal bank account of the named winner.
Cash alternative
Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be displayed clearly on the relevant Competition page. The cash alternative value is set at 70% of the advertised prize RRP unless otherwise stated.
The winner must communicate their choice within 7 days of being notified. If no choice is made the physical prize will be delivered.
The cash alternative is not available for Competitions where the prize is already a cash payment.
13. Winner announcements
Winners will be announced publicly by first name and initial only and general location on the Platform and Astro Comps social media channels, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing within 7 days.
Winners may be asked to provide a photograph, video reaction, or written testimonial for marketing purposes. Participation is entirely voluntary.
14. Responsible play
The Promoter complies with the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators.
You can set a monthly spending limit within your account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
You can self-exclude your account for a minimum period of 6 months using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Once activated this cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
The Promoter monitors account activity to identify indicators of potential harm.

15. Account
You must keep your account password secure at all times.
Each person may only hold one account on the Platform.
An account with no login for 12 months will be deemed inactive and may be archived.
You may close your account at any time by contacting info@astrocomps.com.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions.
16. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Astro Comps Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
17. Limitation of liability
The Promoter's total liability to any prize winner shall not exceed the value of the prize won.
The Promoter's total liability to any non-winning entrant shall not exceed the total amount paid by that entrant in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. Data protection
Any personal data you supply will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at astrocomps.com/privacy and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting info@astrocomps.com.
19. Changes to these terms
The Promoter may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be displayed on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
20. General
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Promoter regarding your participation in Competitions.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of and is not involved in any Competitions offered through the Platform.
